Who We Are
Rebecca Ream Weigle
Principal
Rebecca Ream Weigle launched R&W Partners in July of 2021 with the goal of offering a unique and individualized one-stop-shop for fundraising, political consulting and event planning services. In today’s ever-changing world, relationships, organization and, most importantly, follow through are the key to successful campaigns and events.
Prior to starting R&W Partners, Rebecca served as a fundraising consultant at Phoenix Fundraising Partners, LLC, where she provided fundraising, campaign and organizational assistance to dozens of local and statewide candidates. Prior to that, she worked as the Scheduling and Logistics Coordinator for former State Senator and Pennsylvania Gubernatorial Candidate Scott Wagner. In this capacity, she oversaw and executed the daily statewide travel logistics of both Gubernatorial Candidate Scott Wagner and Lieutenant Gubernatorial Candidate Jeff Bartos.
In 2022, Rebecca was included in the York Daily Record’s list for York County’s Most Influential People in the political category.

Rebecca is a 2012 graduate of York Country Day School in York, PA and a 2016 graduate of Randolph-Macon College, located in Ashland, Virginia. At Randolph-Macon she earned bachelor degrees in both Communications Studies and Political Science. She also played four years on the Women’s Varsity Golf team and helped the Yellow Jackets win two conference championships.
She currently lives in York with her husband, CJ and their son, Carter.
